Facilities & Treatment
The original Practice is situated on Langsett Road. We deliver N.H.S and Private treatment subject to future funding. There is no Practice Car Park however quality adequate parking facilities can be found on Ash Street adjacent to the Practice. Local transport stops i.e. Buses and the Super tram can be found within twenty five yards of the Surgery. The Practice currently has three surgeries, two of which are downstairs with access limited for disabled patients due to the entrance of the Building being in close proximeter of the Super tram rails; however we will provide alternative arrangements i.e. Home visits or referral to the Community Dentist. Both our waiting lounges offer comfortable seating and incorporate children’s play area, television and drinking water facilities are available for patient’s use.
In 2006 we opened our 2nd site at Fairlawns in conjunction with Shefield University Outreach Dept.
We offer a wide range of Dental Services with special interests in Prosthetics (Denture and Implants) and Cosmetic Dentistry.
We place great emphasis on the prevention of dental disease we therefore can offer Oral Health advice from our Hygienist/Therapist Ms. Emma Lomas or Routine Care advice can be obtained from our Care Co-ordinator Ms.Kirsty Barber.
The Practice also undertakes the teaching and training of Vocational Trainees. These are qualified Dentists who are in their first year working within a Dental Practice.
All patients are welcome to express a preference of practitioner however waiting times may differ. If you feel you may like an appointment at our Practice please ask Reception for a welcome pack.
