Jane has worked for the BDA since the scheme began as a BDA Good Practice Assessor, and became a BDA Good Practice Regional Co- ordinator in 2008. In Nov 2009 she was honoured to receive the
Certificate of Merit for services to the Profession awarded by the BDA at the Honours and Awards Ceromony.
She also wrote the Clinical Governance Resource Manual for all Sheffield 97 Practices as requested by the Director of Dental Public Health for Sheffield at that time.
During the past few years Jane has become a contact point for Dentists & Managers who encounter problems with the daily protocols and procedures of Practice Management, Clinical Governance, Staff Motivation, Policies & Procedures. These all form part of compliance, therefore it is our aim to help dental teams improve their professional lives by helping to implement systems that work for them and ensure practice success.
